Note: If calling for technical support on a MarineNet Wireless installation issue for Globalstar Internet Service, the customer MUST first complete a "Windows Update" from the Microsoft website before calling for tech support! This alone may solve problems with "connection" issues. To locate Windows Update... Click on the computers "Start" button and select "Windows Update" in the list while connected to the Internet.

MarineNet Wireless offers tech help for up to one hour. However, after this, a tech help "Service Package" will be offered to assist you in dealing with Windows in a wireless environment. E-mail service@marinenet.net for more information on this added package.
